Camilla is a Certified C-Suite Executive Coach and Global Leadership Development Expert with a mission to empower senior leaders to lead with empathy across cultures and borders, elevate their own performance and that of their teams, and drive meaningful change within their organizations and broader society.

With over 15 years of international HR experience at companies like GSK, Deloitte, BP, and Honeywell – and having held executive roles herself – Camilla truly understands the challenges leaders face as they grow into higher-level roles.

Her international background – having lived, worked, and studied extensively in Italy, the UK, and the US – has equipped her with strong cultural awareness and a deeply inclusive approach to coaching.

As an external executive coach, Camilla has worked with hundreds of senior leaders from over 40 nationalities and a wide range of industries, including Healthcare, Manufacturing, Professional Services, Technology, and Energy. In 2023, she was recognized as one of the Top 15 Executive Coaches in London, UK.

She is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is proficient in a variety of leadership tools and coaching methodologies, including the Leadership Circle Profile, Korn Ferry 360, Intentional Change Theory, Co-Active Coaching, and Transactional Analysis.

Camilla holds a Master’s in Positive Organization Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University (USA), and a Master’s in International Relations from the University of Bologna (Italy) and is based in the heart of the Renaissance – Florence, Italy.
