Supporting people to explore and develop the unique power that every one of us carries inside, is what drives me in my work as a coach and facilitator. Whether I work with management teams or individual leaders, I support them by ‘taking a look in the mirror’ and see, create and try other options. Increasing consciousness, which supports moving from reactivity to responsiveness, is at the core of how I support leaders at all levels in their development.
I live in Amsterdam with my husband Arnout and our two sons Felipe (10) and Dante (8). I dance Argentine Tango very frequently, where the dancefloor is my playground to explore creativity, connection and being present.
The first thirteen years of my career I gradually transitioned from process improvement to change management and people development. My first jobs were in the Operations Management Traineeship of GE Plastics in several roles in The Netherlands and Spain and after that I worked as a Lean Black Belt in Benoi plant in Singapore. I then returned to The Netherlands and joined PostNL and had several management roles, amongst others as operations manager in one of the distribution centres and as manager of the Lean team at the headquarters.
I am a certified Barrett Values Leadership coach, schooled in TheoryU by the Presencing Institute and am certified as a management organization facilitator in Transactional Analysis and certified as a coach by the Dutch Academy of Psychotherapy. I hold a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering at Delft University of Technology.
