Helene is a leadership coach and facilitator specialised in leadership and cultural transformation. Her purpose is to support people in stepping into their power by helping them operate in the world in alignment with their essence. At the core of her work is connecting head to heart, belly and hands. She brings a grounded presence into each room — marked by vulnerability, tranquillity, reflection, courage, clarity and purity — creating spaces in which people can meet themselves and one another more deeply. For the past seven years, Helene has coached executives, leadership teams and professionals across sectors on their development and on building organisations where connection and performance reinforce one another.
Helene began her career as a Chemical Engineer, graduating from Delft University of Technology. She spent twelve years in Lean Management, Operations Management and Change Management in various roles at GE Plastics and PostNL. A transformative career pause led her to explore a broader horizon. In the past ten years she trained in TheoryU, Transactional Analysis, Integrative coaching and Collective Trauma Facilitation. Her work now integrates analytical sharpness, systemic awareness and human depth — helping leaders and teams move from coping to creating, from reactivity to presence, from fragmentation to coherence.
Helene now lives in Amsterdam with her husband and two sons. When work allows, you will find her on Tuesday evenings dancing Argentine Tango in a small bar — a practice that mirrors her work: presence, connection and leading with attunement.
Hélène is a certified Barrett Values Leadership coach, schooled in TheoryU by the Presencing Institute and am certified as a management organization facilitator in Transactional Analysis and certified as a coach by the Dutch Academy of Psychotherapy. She holds a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering at Delft University of Technology.
