As an adviser, I work with organisations and teams on realising their goals, whether that means executing a strategy, redesigning a structure, or shifting the way leadership and culture actually work. Change and organisational science is where I started, and it’s still the lens I bring to every assignment.
What I’ve found is that lasting change needs both the hard side and the human side. Looking at the whole picture is what creates coherence. That’s when things start moving.
I also coach individuals and teams on their personal and professional development. My focus goes beyond behaviour. It extends into questions of identity and meaning, the layers underneath the presenting issue. I’m trained as a senior coach practitioner through a two-year programme at the crossroads of coaching, counselling and therapy, and I hold NOBCO and EMCC certification. My methods include transactional analysis, NLP, voice dialogue and systemic work.
