He designs powerful transformation programmes for top teams and organisations and complements his facilitation with in-depth one-to-one coaching as an ICF (International Coach Federation) – certified coach (PCC).
His own supervision is as important to him as his continuous learning. With his systemic and ontological coaching training as well as approaches such as transformational (Gita Bellin Associates) and presencing methods (Otto Scharmer – Theory U) and value-based work (Barrett Value Center), he draws on a well-founded toolbox.
