Hélène and Zhimble have been collaborating closely for the past four years, working together on a range of leadership and cultural transformation projects. Over time, our shared values, ways of working, and mutual trust naturally grew into a shared desire: for Hélène to join Zhimble as a partner.
Hélène is a leadership coach and facilitator specialised in leadership and cultural transformation. Her purpose is to support people in stepping into their power by helping them operate in the world in alignment with their essence. At the heart of her work is the connection between head, heart, belly and hands, creating integration between thinking, feeling, sensing and doing.
She brings a grounded and deeply present quality into every room, marked by vulnerability, tranquillity, reflection, courage, clarity and purity. Through this presence, Hélène creates spaces in which people can meet themselves and one another more deeply. Over the past seven years, she has coached executives, leadership teams and professionals across sectors, supporting their development and helping organisations build cultures where connection and performance strengthen one another.
