Reading the room during my internship as Social Work student, my interest in interpersonal dynamics was sparked. How come a group of people specialized in the human psyche, can have such unproductive meetings?

That curiosity has only grown over the years and is an important pillar in how I work. It requires, me to open my heart. To pause and create space to explore what happens, which appears dysfunctional at first sight, and see how this is a solution for something else. Perhaps an (un-)conscious commitment made in the past. In my point of  view, transformation requires us to invite in what is, explore what wants to emerge and include what will be lost as we move towards the future.

Over two decades since my internship, I now combine my educational background in the social domain with my business experience as Big4 consultant. Being able to working with organizations, team and individuals worldwide in their journey to unleash their full potential, still humbles me to date. It invites me to share my curiosity, joy, being at ease with uncertainty, love and result orientation. Working with Zhimble, I found a place to do just that.

My husband (Wouter), our two children (Sanne and Teun) and I live in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. My favourite season is winter, during which I speed skates 400m laps at the historic track of Amsterdam.
