Transformation vs Change

TRANSFORMATION vs CHANGE

We are all trying to change. Change our circumstances, each other. Even ourselves sometimes. Why? Because we want to improve – at work – our outcomes, our relationships, our experiences, our lives. Indeed, at home as well.

Change can be hard. Resisted. Flipped back. Change dwindles. More of the same. Not different. Seeking change becomes a pattern in itself. An again-and-again.

Transformation occurs, when we experience an internal shift in our individual and collective worldview. Insights emerge, that make us respond and act differently, without effort or thinking. It is irreversible and natural.

When we learn to master our own transformation, we accelerate our growth and enhance our ability to lead − a life changing experience.
