Paul van de Griendt

Paul lives in The Netherlands with his wife Carola, their son Thijs and daughter Anne. They love korfball, a team-sport with boys and girls in mixed teams, championing gender equality.

With over 20 years of experience, he facilitates and coaches leaders across the world to transform their organizational cultures towards ownership, relatedness, sustainable growth, and a positive contribution to society. Cultures that foster wellbeing for employees, clients and society at large, grow sustainable businesses. He is a big fan of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

In 2009 Paul co-founded Zhimble, a consulting firm in leadership, culture and transformation. Over the years, Paul has frequently been a trusted sparring partner for leaders facing delicate situations. Prior to Zhimble, Paul had a career in IT and process automation for which he still has a passion.

Paul is known as straightforward and sincere. He flourishes being in service to others. He seeks depth in relationships, as well as in his own life’s journey. His core values are compassion, simplicity, purity, being aware and joy. He has a strong sense that less human suffering is possible.

Paul is accredited to deliver GBA programs and Barrett Values Assessments. He holds an engineering degree (1987), studied General management at Rotterdam School of Management (2000) and Change management at SIOO (2000) at masters level. He enjoyed lecturing Health, Safety and Environmental leadership at Delft University (2007-2012).
