For 18 years Reinoud has worked with leaders, assisting them to build healthy and strong company cultures. His particular focus is coaching leaders to transform in order to successfully lead organizational change. He has facilitated hundreds of teams, from first-line to C-suite, while helping top leaders navigate the challenging years of shifting their organization’s dynamics.
Reinoud is co-founder of Zhimble, offering culture, leadership and executive team programs to multinational companies. Prior to that, he co-founded a global IT firm that offers safety solutions in manufacturing.
He is a GBA-accredited Lead Facilitator of Transformation (Gita Bellin & Associates), and senior member of the teaching staff on GBA’s international Facilitator Development Program. He lectures on Leadership at the Technical University of Delft in the post-graduate Master of SHE program.
Reinoud holds an MSc in Physics, University of Delft and was platoon commander in the Dutch Army. He speaks Dutch, English, German and French.
Married to Stephanie and father to 3 sons, he lives near Amsterdam, where he likes to make music with his kids and play football at the humblest of levels.
